Ya, hurting big-time this morning, nothing by mouth. Leaving soon for one more surgery, trust it will finally fix matters. Had post-op with surgeon yesterday. Told him situation untenable. He read my account of how things were going and agreed. "Okay, you're going in tomorrow afternoon."

Things are truly fucked when you cannot even take a bite of dinner without triggering muscle spasms. Guess that's God's way of saying it's time to get the shit fixed.

Not worrying about the recovery period, as long as pain in legs stops. Had dream this morning of walking normally without pain. Like to think it's prophetic. 👍
 
Had a sore throat that soon developed into congestion problems, broke things off with a girl who wasn't being honest with me and dealt with a co-worker publicly urinating in the store.

However, I've also grown to like myself a lot more, I'm getting a new car, AND my workplace might be ditching the masks soon.

Overall, I think I'm doing pretty okay now.

Disappointing your family by not living up to their expectations hurts so much. I seriously don't know how people can just "#YOLO BE YOUR OWN PERSON, LIVE YOUR OWN LIFE, FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS." and not want to kill themselves.

I tried looking up reality shifting bc I kept thinking about that danganronpa post where the weirdo shifted to rape Shuichi who was screaming for Kaito.

Needless to say my heart is still racing because how could anyone lose themselves like that
 
Was up til 2 am again, had nightmares, got yelled at for being in bed at noon and that “I have nightmares too, in fact my whole life is one.”
Ok mom??? Some people have different emotional thresholds than others and when this nightmare was about my literal deepest and darkest fears I’m supposed to get up and be my old self again? I get it, your life was hard but you weren’t bullied by literal ass adults who knew better nor had trauma for 14 years straight to the point where killing myself was my only escape plan at the ripe old age of 14/15. Sorry I’m not a strong independent wahmen who can push through emotions like it’s nothing. Sorry for having fucking feelings and sorry for being born at all
 
Passed my interview at the place I applied for, and moving on to the background check phase. That should be fine, but I've been feeling a bit anxious when it comes to the I9 documents. One of the necessary documents is a drivers' license. But I moved to a different town a few months ago and was really lazy about submitting a change of address. Would it be a problem to try using an ID with an old address? If I did change my address would I be able to use the temporary paper ID (wouldn't get the physical card for 2-3 weeks)? Or does it even matter either way. It might vary by state too. Kicking myself over being a procrastinator.
