I love teachers with their constantly changing demands and requirements.

Wasn't there was some guy that was gonna like kill himself cause of something he did? Jester something? Forgot his username.
Thread tax: I really should stay away from the health & fitness side of the farms. It's embarrassing that I have to stay away from a side of a website, but I just gotta make peace with the fact that those are the cards I've been dealt in life. And ignoring the fact that those are the cards I have is just gonna make shit worse.
You mean @Spark the Electric Jester ?...
Speaking of people disappearing from the thread, there was also @Juan But Not Forgotten who used to post here. I see you've been around yesterday, hope you're doing well mate. Although judging from your recent posts perhaps that's not so...
Getting used to being back in the corporate world. I intellectually knew that big companies factor in their wagies having downtime due to stuff like inefficiencies in process and the value of having people who are experts with XYZ software on call whenever it breaks, it's just been almost a decade since I've been at one. Every about Indian CEOs doing mass layoffs puts me a little more on edge, too. It'll pass.
An oooold friend of mine who lives on the other side of the country has to postpone plans to visit [big city near me] next month because airfare is crazy expensive right now. Kind of a bummer.

The prospects of a new employment are looking good, and I am going to the gym more frequently.
The problem is that the company that is "scouting" me is quite peculiar. I prefer not to put any names here, yet they are an American (thumbs up) company founded by an Hindoodoo (thumbs down) back in 1999. Now there are two SARS and one of them will be who I will be reporting to. I didn't understand a thing of the English spoken by the fellow during the interview, which is seriously embarrassing.
Why can't it be just a fucking company with European stock? Sad, honestly.
Well about to lose my job soon since I am not getting a new contract so that sucks. Looking for a new gig sucks. And since summer is starting I even can't sit at home and play video games to distract myself from all the bullshit because I don't want to start melting down due to the heat. Everything is great.
I feel like a massive retard cuz I can't get myself to sit down and do schoolwork (it's literally so easy wtf is wrong with me) and now I'm facing being dropped from the program if I can't get the course finished this time.
Fuck, I'm so frustrated with myself. I've always been this way towards school of any kind, I don't understand why I can't just suck it up and do the shit.
You obviously don’t live in the Midwest. They’ll shut entire streets down for the entire summer only for the resulting road to be a) already a washboard despite being freshly lain and b) in need of resurfacing after a single winter, that is if any actual construction got done. In the parts of my state where suburbs butt against each other, you can feel the transition from one to another as you roll through an intersection. I lament the poor quality of our roads until I have to drive through literally any neighboring state and I thank God that my drive could have been so much worse.
Florida had the best roads but that’s because they don’t have winters, they don’t have dry summers, they can be worked on year-round (at night, even!), and they actually have the budget and incentive for them to be built well.
- Switched to a job I thought was bettter
-suffa’d throughout the year
- applying for massive amount of jobs in field
- several opportunities are intrigued because of my experience and reputation
