He's not 100% wrong but I don't think the vast majority of people can truly relate or empathise with mental illness unless they've suffered something similar.
A diet change and exercise can do wonders but anything that requires effort becomes insurmountable on a bad day.

My friday was mid. Nothing awful, nothing amazing. Just perfect mid.
I did indulge in a bit of retail therapy, as I have been wanting to broaden my usage of my air fryer. Got a rack for grilling chicken drumsticks on and a rack for dehydrating stuff in layers, I've been wanting to make apple chips for forever but it's such a hassle if you can only do one portion at a time. Forget doing it my regular oven, it takes even longer even if I use all of my baking trays.
 
Haven't been posting or visiting much. Focusing on life and other things.

EDIT: Plus some lolcows deserve fucking comeuppance and it's annoying to wait it to come (bear in mind most are your typical "showing porn to teenagers on trannycord" level of cunts which I speak or Culture War faggots who won't shut the fuck up and get a fist to their face already), so it's better to just take care of life first.

i have to go to the grocery store today...my kid is bouncing off the walls already, and he just threw a giant plastic fly at my head and scared the piss out of me. im getting too old for this :jaceknife:

That's really the key factor of mental illness in general. Everyone these days are quick to self-diagnose because they checked off a list of symptoms they googled and come to the conclusion that "I have it!".

I've been with a therapist for three years to come to my conclusions that I have what I have. Point being, yes it would be advisable to have a mental health expert look you over before deciding to go around telling people you have what you claim. It would help with the credentials.

I have sat for a few minutes now in the middle of responses, including this one, as my train of thought was distracted by the retardation of people outside of my apartment. Dumbfucks meandering and talking loudly like they're in some sitcom who have to talk before entering their department. Stupid fucking children doing stupid fucking things to which I actually did got onto them for.

And it was all just an aggravating few minutes, detailing how unironically done I am with people in general, before I can have enough silence to even think again. There's a new tenant coming in across from me, after it has been unfilled for a few months since the nigger and his loud-ass boxer mixes left.

I'm skeptical as to how they will be, looks to be some two random dudes. I'll see with how they'll handle the simple act of closing doors before I bring judgment of expectations. Because people in my building are fucking awful with doors, they only know slamming or just loudly letting it close. If anybody at all can just close a door without the dramatics, it's a good sign from me.
 
Had my first real asshole of a customer today. I know that's just what happens but what the fuck? Took money out of my tip jar because I was taking to long. I work in food service, I work shifts alone, I had nine fucking double burgers to make, and this mother fucker is like "how long does it take to make ONE burger?". Can you count??? Do you know math, fucker??? Do you not see one person handling all this at once? "Well, just thought you'd make MINE first, and then Everyone else." IM SORRY, ARE YOU THE KING??? ARE YOU THE KING SPEAKING TO ME RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW??? NO!!!! YOU WILL WAIT! THEY ALL GOT HERE THE SAME TIME YOU DID, BITCH. YOU ARE THE BURGER PEASANT.

ok. I'm done now. But in all seriousness who the fuck sees that situation and acts that way?

What a piece of shit this guy

Some costumers are incredibly rude and entitled. I had one blindsinding me when i was leaving a bar i tended to, complaining that the beer was cold. At 3am. With the bar closing! I offered him some ice cubes for his beer and walked off
