I call bullshit on that. It's been a few years since I bought a car but iirc I had to give either the dealership or bank proof that I had insurance on the car. Can you have a non-driver as the policyholder for auto? Can someone who doesn't own the car be the policyholder?

Shows how she has no idea what a normal portion size is, even for pets. It would take a long time for that food to be eaten, and by the time you got to even half the bowl being full, it would be stale and old. She's home all day, how hard would it be to put new out each day or every other day? She claims to be busy a lot, but doing what?

My location in America is the southeast, but in typically elsewhere.

Last year I picked up another vehicle but it was at a dealer in Virginia. My license had been renewed but was in a mailbox several states away. I had already paid for the vehicle and all, and they almost couldn't let me leave with a temp dealer tag plate.

They hounded me for showing a non American passport and an expired license because they are so close to D.C. it was a state law valid driver's license.

A car I bought in GA it wasn't a big deal but I had to pay the tax in person which was a chore.

Florida car I obtained before I could have drawn a paper license from CWCville and they'd sell to me.

Each state is probably different. Based on a quick Google scan many sources site Kentucky not needing a valid driver's license to buy. I assume she paid cash for a used Hyundai? Only a legally licensed driver could take off the lot though

Late, I know. Last we saw the litterbox it was inside a cardboard box in the bathroom (which, coincidentally, is located in the den).

From previous footage and Amber's comments we know she nor her partners clean the litterbox - there is a video when she was still with Destiny in Florida where you can see an overflown litter box with literal shit sticking out of it (I suspect they just put more litter on top of the filth and never scoop). Later, around the time she lived in the apartment (I want to say after Destiny moved out, but I could be wrong), Amber claimed she was such a good pet-mama, she would buy new litterboxes every month and throw away the used ones.

Cats will not use dirty litterboxes, and some might even develop urinary infections from trying to hold urine in. Her cats might be using the den as a giant litterbox because they don't have another option and it's close enough to where the real litterbox is to smell like their "bathroom".

TL;DR: the turd(s) in the den wasn't/weren't kicked to the area or where attached to the cats fur and fell there. They were deposited there straight from the cats' digestive systems.

They can. If you're stupid enough to pay premiums on a car that you aren't on the note of then they're more than happy to take your money. For instance, let's say you have a kid who purchases their own car, you can add that car to their policy without being on the note. As long as proof of insurance is provided, and depending on the state you either need collision and liability or just liability then you can buy a car. Also, we don't know where she bought it. It could have been one of those buy here pay here kind of places and they play a little fast and loose with that mess.

I pay for my mother's insurance. She doesn't drive much so it's not a big deal. I'm not on her note. The policy is in both of our names.
