No. The only way to be fat is to 1) consume more than you need while 2) exerting less than you could. Period. So obesity is already a natural visual signifier of greed and sloth. Additionally, that correlation is widely known, so if someone is fat, they're either too stupid to know why, or they don't care, either of which is yet another undesirable trait in a partner. On top of that, it's widely known to be unhealthy, so it can again be assumed that a fat person is either too stupid to know that, or they don't care about their health, or they know and care but they're incapable of taking care of themselves, again all negative traits in a partner. There are edge cases where life circumstances can permit someone to be fat while still being a good person, e.g. working single parent prioritizing the wellbeing of their children over their own, but again you have to ask yourself, is a person who does not have room in their life to even care for themselves likely to be a quality partner?
Being fat is not a red flag, it's a whole suite of red flags. Why should I care for someone who doesn't care for themselves.
Note that I'm not advocating for the shit-ass colloquial ideal of anorexic retard model heroin chic "skinny" either, that's its own set of red flags. A self-respecting person is physically active and nourishes their body without poisoning it. If you don't love your body, I won't either.
