That's very true, but someone like Mr. Holmes doesn't really seem like he'll even last that long.

Regardless, even though I'm not a big fan of it, I think the death penalty would be more sufficient.

To me, pleading for insanity is the same old cop-out shit. Even if you are insane, I still believe you should be responsible for your crimes. Everyone should. No matter how young or old. Weak or strong. Stupid or smart. Everyone who committed a crime should take the responsibility. That's what I think.

I'm pretty indifferent to the death penalty. I'd only be against it because if they screw up they could execute an innocent person, although it is pretty unlikely.

It happens more often than you'd think.
The death penalty sucks for many reasons. One being it's more expensive to try and imprison anyone facing death. The second reason being that criminals being tried can also go free, even if there's evidence to convict them. It's been speculated that if Casey Anthony weren't facing the death penalty, she would have been convicted of killing her child, but the jury wasn't comfortable doing so. There's also the fact that she was a young white female.

In the case of Holmes though, it's pretty obvious he committed this crime. So I guess death is more justifiable there.

I've heard of the Innocence Project before and read "The Innocent Man" by John Grisham, which is about a man who was exonerated. I didn't know how many people may have been executed wrongfully.

That's an interesting theory. But, wouldn't that mean they are attracted to UFC fighters and stuff, and not psycho losers that shoot unarmed people, including children, sitting watching a Batman movie?

Then he'll still be 40 years behind dudes that got sent in for life at age 20 in 1970 and have been lifting weights too. Not to mention are cliqued up with AB, Black Guerillas, Surenos or Nortenos.

If he goes to prison he's probably getting put in PC as he'll immediately be a target and he's not a badass. He's a grad student drop out who went nuts. Celebrity criminals, even guys like John Gotti and Jeffery Dahmer, etc., don't do well in gen. pop.

I have no idea, they are just really, really shallow. I mean, I could see how some women can find the whole Chechnyan background attractive due to that whole appeal of foreign men that a lot of women, especially American women, but I'm sure women fromother English-speaking countries as well to some extent, get turned on by, but still, its quite shallow since you don't take into account his personality. Some of these guys like Holmes, are quite unstable.
