TL;DR:
  • OP claims to be a hardcore gamer and is playing on the Normal difficulty. While not too difficult, enemies can overwhelm him pretty easily if he isn't on his toes.
  • Outside of Hogwarts, the game plays like a standard modern open world game ala Ubisoft, with bandit camps, shops, etc.
  • Side quests so far are nothing to write home about, being similar to how AC: Valhalla did side quests.
  • You can get points added or removed from your house based on your choices.
  • The devs did a good job recreating the wizarding world.
  • Wands have only cosmetic customizations, you have to do quests and complete assignments to get new spells.
  • OP rates the experience so far a 7-8/10.

I'm not a child so I have no interest in anything Potter-related whatsoever. However, if any of you tards want this game but can't afford it, send me a private message and I'll gift it on Steam to the first one to ask.

It's sad how mainstream games now are judged whether or not it panders to one ameritard political side.
I see the game looks like any other AAA game, 7/10 at most. It's so tiresome, but at least the memes are good.

The sad part is that I looked up this guys tumblr and I realized he was being true and honest with what he’s saying… this post combined with that fucking profile picture made me think it was some sort of LARP.

Everything I've seen points to a solid 8/10, which would make it the best HP game in over a decade.
 
Gotta say, it's been nice to see so many people come out of the woodwork openly hyped without fear for this game, with many dunking on trannies even on Steam and YouTube comments.

Yeah, it looked like a shitpost to me too. Nutcases like that really make Poe's law obsolete.
 
Twitter troons are currently trying to cancel a famous german gamer named Gronkh because he said he wants to play HL and doesn't care about JKR. But the good thing is that most people are defending him & laughing about the screeching troons.

Sadly HL tranny madness doesn't just exist in the anglosphere.

Note that Gronkh is/was one of the biggest and popular streamers, so if they get him to cave, they will feel drunk on power again. I do hope he doesn't fall for it.

Also, I saw plenty of articles on the usual German gaming websites who tried to make it a thing ("anti-trans Rowling bla bla people boycotting HL" etc.) with the usual stellar journalistic work of "she said trannies suck!!" while linking to biased articles instead of her own words, but they either cowardly disabled comments from the beginning (GameStar) or mostly got comments defending Rowling.
 
Well my pre-order is set to get to me on Tuesday (Always buy physical) so I'll be able to get some views on it, but so far what I'm hearing is it's not that special compared to other modern open world RPGs but that doesn't make it a bad thing.

As long as my Slytherin can laugh at the boys who try to go up the girl staircase and get thrown out because they're not real girls, I'll be happy.
