Any good YouTube channels that talk about and show old recipes? I love recreating ancient or just old meals.

Modern History TV is a British guy who likes to LARP as a knight, but other than that he's okay. He mostly makes videos about medieval history and sometimes tries out theories. He did a series on what different classes of Br'ish people ate during the medieval era.

Townsends makes videos about 17th century life and cooking in the Americas.

Great Depression Cooking was a woman who grew up during the Great Depression and shared recipes and cooking tips from the period.

Steve1989MREInfo is an insane guy who has an iron stomach. He reviews historical military rations and has eaten food that was preserved from the Civil War.

Edit:

I knew that I forgot a few. One of them is "East German Cooking" who shows recipes from the DDR. The country didn't have access to many Western 'luxury' ingredients, so people became quite creative and made the most of what they did have. The videos are in German, but you can turn on CC and auto translate to English.
