She's probably talking specifically about Iceberg lettuce as that is commonly referred to as 'a nutritional void'. This is a misconception as Iceberg lettuce does contain many of the same nutrients as other lettuces, but half as much or less by volume.what would Becky say to her past self? don't waste time on people, relationships and take better care of yourself. if Becky lives another 10 years she'll be saying the same thing only then it will be alot worse... don't quit your job and gain 300 pounds.
I'm no diet expert like Amberlynn but I thought romaine, red and green leaf lettuce had some nutrition in it. Or maybe she meant not the same nutrition as orange chicken does.
Recent research has shown that the water you eat may have more health benefits (be absorbed by your body better, and be available and absorbed over a longer period of time) than the water you drink.
A serving of Iceberg lettuce still counts as a serving of vegetables which many people aren't getting enough of, so if you like Iceberg lettuce eat it, it's definitely not the dietary equivalent of eating packing peanuts that it commonly gets referred to as.

Although, to be fair, she is incredibly fucking stupid so she may have heard Iceberg lettuce being referred to as completely devoid of nutritional value and just literally thinks ALL lettuces have no nutritional value.
