Help with Eastern European music video

Trying to find an old video that is either maybe Russian or Ukrainian, the premise is the main singer is getting dragged by his arms while singing, through a subway mostly, appreciate any help.

I know it was made by Estonians, but this is the closest thing to an Eastern European music video I've ever watched.
