help with a creep

So theres an androgynous person (will be referred to as Mullet) that sometimes films my friend and us when we are at her house. Mullet uses flash and films us in my friends living room. Mullet does this by peeking through the fence in the back yard. We have repeatedly and on multiple occasions made it clear to mullet that we did not want to be filmed. I didnt do it this time but next time I will film Mullet back (this time I was using my phone to talk to the cops).
So I guess my question is how do I find out who Mullet is. Any advice would be appreciated.

Next time he shows up, run after him with a blunt weapon and demand ID. Break his camera. Keep a weapon such as a gun or knife with you in case he has a weapon, but I wouldn't recommend pulling it unless you feel physically threatened. A similar setup worked for me a few years ago.
