Nah, today's "obese" will be 2050's "of normal weight", so there'll be no need for a euphemism. Quite the opposite, fit people will be a minority diagnosed with ADS (adipose deficiency disorder), and there'll be some slur against them.

I can already see how songs in the future are going to be, probably most artists will drop lyrics all together and most music from the past will be either adapted or #cancelled forever.
