The bayonet is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, a bolt action rifle is predictably poor for dealing with swarms. Using peak physique you can kill a charger with 8 stabs to the leg. This is the most democratic way to kill them and I cannot recommend it enough.

The lack of a stripper clip is a huge part of what's holding it back. Idk why it's dealing less damage than the semi-auto rifle presumably chambered in a smaller round. I've also noticed when you stop running and ADS the reticle jumps up before settling. I'm not aware of any other weapon behaving like that and it really throws me off.

The Constitution isn't terrible but not that good either. Usable but definitely needs more damage to compete with the Counter Sniper.

Knowing arrowhead this was probably just some developer not letting things be and tweaking the audio balancing on the soundscape for no reason.

I've taken to firing two rounds aiming for the closest threats (usually Hunters), and then retreating while reloading until I'm out of pouncing range. Keep the 3 other rounds for an emergency since reloading all the way is very long. The grenade pistol is a good pairing with the rifle to deal with bile spewers as they take too much ammo from your mag to deal with in a reasonable time.

I really like the Constitution, give it a stripper clip reload from empty and less movement sway and it'd be golden.

I'm a tad bit disappointed with this new armor. The helmet is pretty ugly and inferior to Field Chemist, and the armor looks pretty wimpy compared to what they're supposedly taking inspiration from.

Also, guess AH is going with a different approach by putting one armor at a time instead of two and filling the vacant spots with capes and backgrounds. 925 fucking super credits for the whole thing, that's more expensive than a whole warbound (which technically costs 700)
My only hope is that there's a heavy armor variant that will be rotated in after this one.

New warbond is out. I'm really enjoying the new assault rifle against bots. It's recoil is significant but crouching and shooting in first person nullifies it enough for sustained fire. For an AR, it hits like a truck. "Throws bricks" as my teammate eloquently put it. I'm sawing off devastator limbs with it. Trigger discipline and crouching often is a must though.

EDIT: It isn't even an assault rifle it's a fucking SMG, just one that performs more like a rifle, similar to the SMG-37 before it. I don't know who at Arrowhead keeps designing SMGs stronger than assault rifles but he needs a stern talking to. Anyway, great weapon, we love it folks.

The new armour perk that causes you to not flinch when hit is really useful for launcher playstyles. It minimises those instances where you get hit the very moment you pull the trigger, causing you to miss the dropship/titan. A great fit for quasar and recoiless bros.

The dead sprint booster is much better than I thought, it causes sprinting to then drain your health once you have run out of stamina. I thought this was awful on paper, until I saw just how  slowly it drains your health. You can run roughly the same duration as a full stamina bar by using like 5% of your health bar. I can see this greatly reducing stim usage (no longer need to abuse them for sprinting) as well as consistently coming in clutch on emergency evacuations.

Quite happy with this warbond so far, the SMG may be my new go-to primary. I have yet to check out the shotgun and the plasma pistol.

I’ve played since about a month after launch and it has been great the entire time. I already had a Snoy account and the nerfs weren’t all that frustrating. The game is just a lot more fun now.

I never used the scorcher before the last update but I'm really enjoying it. Though it makes me hope that AH releases an armor that increases spare mags cause it's one hell of an ammo hog.
