CM should never be a dedicated position.
It should be a rotation for the dev team that they HATE getting, assigned once a sprint and reported upon at the end of that sprint.
I don't think a human even examined my ticket.
I suspect the public rage will have to build a bit more before Gabe authorizes this check to be disabled on refund requests and to get them to a human.

Right from the horse's mouth: Sony is doing this because they want you to have to abide by THEIR rules, not Valve's rules. For those not aware, that means you're going to get banned for anything that would upset even the most sensitive of resetera-tier troons. This has fuckall to do with "hackers" and "cheaters", that's just the excuse.
