I already said this: the 2 hour limit is only for automatic refunds and anything after that goes to manual review. Valve is not going to get dragged through Australian court and raked over the coals for a second time over denying refunds after 2 hours of your game being open. If you can give them a solid reason while acting firm, you can get refunds after the 2 hour period. I've refunded games after 2 hours, myself.

I've got 136 or so hours myself and I'm putting in for a refund. If I can get it I might push my luck to see if I can get a refund for gifting it to someone as well, fuck these people.

The news from the CM makes me optimistic enough to wait until the end of this coming week before trying again.
They've said they're exploring better ways than PSN requirements and I'm willing to give them the chance to finish that "exploration"

Well, if you want the best option, you can have Valve dump the funds into your Steam Wallet. They seem to be more open about refunds if it's store credit and, depending on when you bought it, you can always just repurchase it.

The positivity people are right in that if you're displeased with the game, you should leave your review, etc, etc, not hang around shitting up every thread on the forum.
Mods should at least be isolating the traffic on this to megathreads for people who express their dislike of psn.

Because they're faggots who don't really want people engaging on steam based on the janny spergout. Having the page default to a locked board accomplishes nothing having those two posts pinned in the first general discussion board wouldn't accomplish unless it was to filter some casual passerby.
Dev jannies shouldn't have any power on steam forums besides on technical help and announcement boards.

Because that's how it's set up? Steam will default to the top sub-forum when you click on discussions, there's nothing suspicious about that.

Sure maybe, but it isn't unheard of. Total War: WARHAMMER III and Don't Starve Together do the same thing, it just depends on if the devs took the time to set up the Community and if they did what order they placed things.
For anyone curious, the Helldivers discussion tab has been setup like that since at least Feb 17th, so it isn't a recent change.
