At the start I was like "OK its the Tulsa Race Riot but what does it have to do with Watchmen?"

And then

A black woman in a ghetto nun habit goes all Black Panther on a dude in a trailer. Her reason? "I could smell the white supremacy! Like BLEACH!"

No thank you.
Question: Why didn't they just make a mini series about the Tulsa race riot instead?

Someone should inform the writers Juicy Smollette actually made that shit up.

Can't wait for Moore's reaction. He had a meltdown over the V for Vendetta adaptation and that one at least had some remote connection to the source material.

To them it's: "Who cares if he made it up! There are enough people who think Trump is actually out to get innocent young black men that it doesn't matter if it's a lie."

Which leads to my reaction of: "If this stuff is actually happening and is wide spread, then why does he have to make any of it up when he can just cite real cases?"

Which then leads to "Shut up you bigot!"

and the cycle continues.

I think he officially disavowed all adaptations after LXG. While I'd like to see exactly what he has to say, I'm guessing he's going to keep being a creepy snake wizard and just ignore the whole thing.

So at the end I was confused. Are we to believe the cripple lynched Don (in light of what he said to ghetto kung fu nun) or someone else and he just happened to roll up for whatever reason?

Nobody wants to watch historical fiction.
Chernobyl did pretty well didn't it?

Moore will do a ritual to embue himself with the power of the Snake God and use this power to wipe the world of everything and everyone that even slightly irritates him. In short the world will become his lawn and we better get the fuck off or we'll all face the consequences

“What, in 2019, is the equivalent of the nuclear standoff between the Russians and the United States?” series creator Damon Lindelof asked about the original Watchmen’s central question at the 2019 Television Critics Association press tour in July. His answer: “It just felt like it was undeniably race and policing in America.”
I love how all those globalist woke people completely match the stereotype of the ignorant American who knows nothing about the rest of the world.
A conflict that had people all over the world fear extinction is comparable to BLM? Something no one outside America gives a shit about?

Not say IDK

Chinese Companies/Government getting American companies to be agents of political oppression for them?

You must have never heard of Downtown Abbey or HBO Chernobyl and Rome just to name a few current historically based shows that I could think of.

Sorry, I meant nobody is interested in alternative history shows about fictional events ginned up by race hustlers.
