I think the crossed O means it's silence? Kinda like how the H in Ghandi is silence even though it's written the way it is

Blitzo could have been his stage name as a clown tho-

This gets more into fan theories, but what if she meant human rehab? Like they caught her drinking too much booze and sent her to human where she met Blitz's still alive sister?

Blitz' and his sisters were never alive they are hell born and the thing is with hell society is that they have some level of normalcy apparently we might just see the more degenerate ones who interact with earthborn souls.

BLITZO was his stage name when was a clown at the loo loo land circus and since forming i.m.p he's changed it to just blitz to distance himself from his past. though he doesn't just drop the o instead of saying it's silent is beyond me, could be it can't be changed even for a hellborn like him.

even if rehab’s a thing in hell it’s probably not there to actually rehabilitate addicts. I’d guess if it‘s actually a thing it’d be more for entertainer demons who were too strung out to even perform properly rather than Hell actually being concerned about drunk drivers or alcoholics.

I believe I have found the MippyTrippy of the Hazbin Hotel Hatedom, Angel-Blitz. Her Tumblr blog consists nothing more than her rabidly hating on some pretty random and varied people like Arin Hanson, Pissvortex, Pinkypills and more, Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss hate art, redesigns and more along with frequent simping for some robots from what looks like a kids' show, something that has an uncanny resemblance to Mippy's insane love for ("the cool kid cartoons"/IMDB score: 7+) cartoons like SpongeBob, Regular Show and South Park.

While she does some fanart of the stuff she likes from time to time, at least half off her artworks are Anti-Vivzieverse in nature, especially against her so-called "nemesis", Alastor. Normally most Anti-Hazbins simply just shittalk the show, make redesigns and hate on Viv but she takes it an extra step further and makes hate art of the characters frequently which sets her apart.

Okay, some of those people on that hate list are vaguely comprehensible, but fucking MARKIPLIER? One of the most bland and inoffensive Youtubers to ever sit fence? The hell did HE do?
 
Wow those redesigns are terrible and holy shit your changes are to just make it the most generic shit? really? Stolas the sin of pride? (Someone doesn't know what demon princes are) The Imps just look like generic 00s cartoon devils? Stolas is just a penguin owl? And loona is just a generic dog who is now Stolas' daughter?
