Hm, it's hard to say. He could have been just a crossdresser (which ain't the same thing, but for some reason trans community online loves making claims it is like tomboys/femboys), unless there's something specific in their twitter stuff that indicates they were trans.

Edit: He directly mentions the Happy Sugar Life anime in the IG story picture and says it was "him and her". I somehow missed that. So it's confirmed he was a fan of that lolipedo anime.

They were legit trying to pass it off as the troon being totally hatecrimed too before suicide was basically confirmed, based on the corpse having some bruising. As if jumping into a river and getting dragged trough it, potentially even from dusseldorf to cologne (since the con was in dusseldorf and the body was found in cologne, which is downstream and a 45 min drive away), wouldnt leave you with bruises, but nu uh, totally means they were definitely beat up and murdered by a heccin transphobe!!

It s a thin line. I must admit, when I saw the pictures the first time my immediate impression was also "yup you definitely were a sex pest at the conv, got busted, beaten down and thrown in the river".
