Why is Wally here? The episode feels like it's trying very hard to appeal to Hazbin Hotel fans (or people who only engage with the hellaverse on Prime) who somehow haven't seen Helluva Boss before.
I swear Ive seen this image before. Seriously, Im getting a weird sense of deja vu.

One thing MZ did get right IMO was that M&M noticing the sigil on the Grimoire and freaking out about Blitzo having it made it seem like the big deal it's supposed to be.

Honestly where the fuck is eve? I feel like even if the marriage between her and Adam wasn’t as ideal after being kicked out of Eden,, I feel like she’d at least be there for her children after the murder of their father

With someone as important as Eve I feel like having her status being almost unknown feels weird. Like is she even aware of the exterminations? What’s her opinions on those and the fact that one of her sons is involved in it?

Nah that’s fucking crazy, having sex in the same room with the family portrait has to be next levels of “I don’t care about my family

Eve is allegedly the actual villain of the series who is currently disguised as Lilith in Heaven and is in relation to the literal root of all evil

Anything to avoid making Lucifer the bad guy when he caused literally everything in the plot.
Making Lucifer sympathetic isn't exactly a huge problem, I think. I mean, Sandman did that, with him admitting how he never tempts souls, how he doesn't like running hell, how maybe him opposing his father was part of God's plan to have someone to oppose as a sort of proper counterbalance. The problem, however, is that Viv racks up the sympathy part WAY too much and it makes him come off as a huge putz and wimp, again going to Sandman. Even after Lucifer makes peace with God, he's still shown to embody the sin of pride. He thinks less of his brothers and sisters (including Michael, whom he calls his dad's bitchboy), he's super cocky and considers himself the most perfect creation; he looks down on humans; he only aids them if that proves to be entertaining for him.

Stumbled upon the official plot description of Season 2 from an Amazon website. Figured I post it here.

"The hotel is booming with new residents."

>new residents
>new residents
>we only see baxter and no one else in the teased pictures

Do you really expect them to actually show a whole bunch of residents inside the hotel? We got a month until we see if it's actually booming or Baxter's the only resident in the hotel. I'm going to assume the first one because I mean, well, Season 1 already gave up on the hotel. The hotel's more of a plot accessory than one with actual purpose and merit. Don't expect Season 2 to give a rat's behind about the hotel aside from it being a plotacessory.
