It's funny that this still falls flat with how the first episode, which is likely still canon, has Stolas calling Blitzo, knowing damn well he's fighting for his life at the moment, and that he'll be too stressed not to accept being extorted/prostituted into sex for the book, which is way worse than anything he does in the pilot. (I'm still annoyed, because the idea of Stolas directly giving them missions would have been better and more interesting than having to hear 50 shitty jokes every other episode about their sex life)

I never really realized that now until you pointed it out. Yeah, Blitzø slept with him to steal the book, but it kind of stopped there. Stolas pretty much just gives them jobs to do with said book, and it's kind of beneficial to them, since IMP doesn't seem to be doing well financially. Stolas makes some crude remarks about wanting to fuck Blitzø but we don't know if they're actually doing it afterwards. Now....yeah, it's just extortion.

She definitely has gained some weight, most likely due to the stress of running two shows and other shit that goes behind scenes that we don't know of.

I thought the "people" who are involved in projects and mainstream series such as these were supposed to be colouring outside the lines, doing what the conservative, merchandise-focused studios wouldn't. Now they're becoming another 60's-80's era Hanna Barbera.

If there's going to be another animation renaissance, it's going to be akin to the politically incorrect 90's and 2000's, not tip-toeing around to prevent possibly offending non-whites and the professionally offended.
 
I liked it better when it was IMP getting into different hijinks every episode and going on jobs. The show turned into Angsty Stolitzo ship crap and it’s annoying.
It’s like how Mandalorian turned into in Season 2.
