...I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that Steven Universe was about four misfits living together in this day and age. I thought it was about magic space rocks and obsessive spergy fans that scare people away from the show.
Literally anyone that knows how to do PR is doing something better than Gen Zed

Are any of the characters SU even trans? Outside of Tumblr headcanons of course.

The only thing "Trans" in SU are the "Trans"formations (I believe they are shapeshifters). That's about it. Everything else is just tumblr seeing things where there is nothing.
Gen Zed also doesn't have the design appeal that got people hooked on SU in first place, even though it feels like they attempted to do just that. Heck, as much as I dislike SU, even I can see how it can appeal, unlike Gen Zed.
GZ is choppy, the characters dull and the story ̶t̶̶r̶̶a̶̶n̶̶s̶ boring as hell.
The gamer fact doesn't really seem to appear to be a thing in the three characters life (I don't count druggie, she's not in the pilot after all) but what we see is trans trans person, abused black person and angry white male.

So the Cosby rape segment was just a reference and not a joke. Everything else in the trailer and on their twitter is probably not supposed to be jokes as well. That explains why none of it is funny.

They were such big fans of Maddie that they refused to sign the Meowth figure brought by the only person who bothered to show up at their panel? Seems legit!
I have to admit, I'm still so irked about that "Trans people can be more than just....porn stars~" line that I might have to make a tumblr and ask them about it. It's a pretty fucking lame thing to say for a multitude of reasons, and I'm sure Hayden will dig himself even deeper trying to rationalize it.

They'll probably dismiss you beacuse your blog is too new or sometjing, but hey, it's worth a try.
Looking at the genzed tag on Tumblr now, it seems the only ones who have anything positive to say about Gen Zed anymore are, you guessed it, Gen Zed themselves.
Everyone else is shooting them down. I've never seen anti-SJWs and Tumblrinas in such agreement before. We're witnessing history :')
