Yes, several. Probably like one in four when I visit Chicago. IIRC they get diabetes a lot when they try to acclimate to real societies with real food and water that isn't full of e. coli and intestinal parasites and pounds of capsicum to mask the taste of shit causing everything to rocket through their digestive system and onto the pavement before their body has a chance to absorb any nutrients. That is, of course, assuming they make an effort to acclimate in the first place, and that they learn to use toilet paper and wash their hands. Honestly I'd trust a fat Indian more than a thin one for that reason. Which isn't saying much, but it's something.
