The images on the page show it with holes in the strap on top of the vibration unit, but the unit's placement is adjustable, so it looks like Hasan would have the unit closer to the buckle portion of the strap where there are no holes in the strap. The AirTag isn't part of the collar itself but is a third-party thing you can add to any collar. There are some discrepancies like he showed a side with a red button that I can't find, unless the LED is on both sides and the product image only shows the one side without the red button. It's still possible that he buzzed her with it though.

I found it on amazon listed as an iMounTEK Shock Collar, it could be one of those products that gets rebraded 200 different ways on amazon.

Couldn't find mine, probably threw it away, but from what I remember - when it arrived you had to assemble it, metal prongs were basically motherboard standoffs you needed to screw in and then put rubber cap on (otherwise it hurt like hell even on the lowest). So yeah, it may be electrical tape that hides threads for those metal prongs
