Send them physical letters—not emails—explaining in a rational and calm demeanor the horrific things Hasan or other Twitch streamers have done, and Dan Clancy's personal involvement in them. Perhaps explain how Twitch's moderation system works, too, so that they are prepared to ask about the clear bias in the system. Include URLs to archived copies of the exact streams or videos where their words or actions occurred. Provide dates and titles of those streams, if possible. Do not just include a compilation, because that makes it easier to deny and easier to mentally dismiss. Don't sperg, but be precise, comprehensive, and rational.

I will be writing letters and sending them to my state's representatives on the committee doing exactly this. This is probably the only chance anyone has for someone to ask Dan Clancy why he lets Hasan get away with literal criminal activity. Who knows, they might play the "happy birthday" clip and ask about that. Even if you're just interested in the content and watching him squirm, this is the premier way to do that.

My state representatives will be getting a wax-sealed letter doing just this. Shame it wouldn't be efficient to handwrite the whole thing in cursive, because it would be funny. It might. Once the work week is over, I'll draft mine and include links to the things I'm using. I only plan on writing one page because that's about how much attention a government office worker will give a letter in the daily mail run, meaning there's only room for five or so specific instances. I can DM anyone the instances I'm thinking of including, but I don't want to put them here to prevent any gay ops from the Hasan crowd.

They've gotta be easy to consume regardless of context, and quick enough to exhibit at a congressional hearing with enough time to embarrass Dan Clancy. That's why I'm writing the letters. It's good to press Dan Clancy on Hasan's horrible conduct. It's bad to aim at the wrong target.
