I've had adblocker since about 2015 or so, because Youtube keeps on serving up gay ads about shit I'm not interested in. I'm almost 27, but I remember when this never happened. I really hate what the Internet and the world have become.

2.5% but they make up at least 50% of the ads I see on YouTube.

the billboard ones really catch the eye. i almost crashed on the highway the first time i saw one. it was the "we're only 70 years from the ovens" one. there's a few the organization puts out.

imo the two youtube ones are close to hitting the mark correctly. the one with the father and son in the car could be decent if they didn't have the father say "hitler did nothing wrong?" and give the absurd 70,000 hitlers doing nothing wrong a year. just leave it ambiguous and have the dad say something like "i've seen what you've been posting. Why? I didn't teach you that. Why are you thinking this? Would you be willing to tell it to them?" or something along those lines so when they look at the people you could imagine them sitting outside of a synagogue, or a mosque, or a church. it would be more effective and less silly that way.

i like the kind neighbor undoing the vandalism. i'd like a citation for the source because that's crazy and i know enough people that the 1 in 4 should've happened to someone i know. kind neighbor is a clutz though as he obviously spilled a crap ton of paint to get that much on his boots. like the other one it could be more ambiguous to make a statement about intolerance in general but i digress. unfortunately these organizations usually are more interested in patting themselves on the back than trying to reduce hate.
