It’s the voice, mostly. Especially on those first few albums, he could go from sounding ferocious to vulnerable to cracking a joke, sometimes holding the same note ffs. How can you listen to a song like The Waiting and not fall in love? That top hat and tail coat look with the shaggy blonde hair was such a winner. And idc how weird his teeth were; those sad blue eyes cut right through it.
Killed me when I found out what a mess things were with his marriage. Fleetwood Mac: not even once.
One day I think it’ll come out he was murdered. RIP
