This. I can watch an objectively gorgeous blonde shirtless man walk by and it does nothing for me. A truly captivating guy has much more than a mere pretty face or body.

Masks/face coverings makes it easier for me to find someone attractive because I can't judge their personality off their face and personality is major in finding someone attractive or not imo

Ricardo Montalbán. I was head-over-heels when I saw the Wrath of Khan, and then watched the entirety of Fantasy Island just to see more of him.

Have you ever noticed how learning/seeing that a man is short just wipes away his attractiveness?
Maybe it's just me. I have a tall beautiful female friend who has a good looking but short-well, my height, or maybe about 5'8 boyfriend.
So it clearly doesn't bother some people.
But for me it just kills it.
We have a squad of not particularly good looking players these days, and I was ready to take Callum Wilson as handsome.
Then I noticed he wasn't particularly tall. Sad!
There's also basically no good looking footballers now, in that they are seemingly a different build.
They are weedy looking lads now instead of big men.
Where the David Ginola phenotype gone?
Sidenote - could meevr see Brenda frazer as very handsome because on top of being a bit too perfect looking, he always played pretty dumb characters, especially George in the jungle. It would be like banging a muscular 4 year old.

Jon Bernthal is absolutely perfect. I do love a man with a nose that looks like it's been busted.
Also Daniel Day Lewis has always been handsome but for some unknown reason, him as Bill The Butcher just killed me.

Yes!!! Ricardo was my first celebrity crush, and probably is the reason my subsequent celebrity crushes are classy older dudes with distinctive voices. By all accounts he sounded like a really nice man, I would have loved to meet him and talk with him. A bucket list goal of mine is to see his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and visit the Ricardo Montalban theater (also in Hollywood)

Yes! And as a short woman I tried for awhile, I really did, to take one for the team.
Also, squishy guys. I had a crush on a guy at work a long time ago, and it all ended when I grabbed his arm during a stupid ice breaker. He was good looking and his clothes fit him nice, but it turned out he was just skinny fat under there? Bleh.

I have a man crush on Lee Marvin. Dude was a man's man who fought in WWII (Pacific Theater) and then played soldiers in movies.
