I met Mads IRL and let me tell you... My heart was racing! This guy is so goddamn sexy it's UNREAL (even though he dresses like a hobo). Plus his funny and suave personality make him very likable.

Yeah thats the thing. A suit can make a "meh" man look fine but someone like Mads looks fine in everything. Throw him a loincloth/tunic/tracksuit/smoking etc and hes delectable in all of them.

Gladiator came out when I was in middle school and Djimon Handso[me] awoke something in me. Namely that I was not straight lol.

Tl; dr: fantastic hobo.
Funny - he also comes across as fairly tall, would've guessed 6'2-3", but he's 6'. (Which in the Netherlands makes him just about a half inch above average.)

Kerwin Matthews was really handsome.
He's been dead for almost 20 years now, and I know he also was gay. That didn't make him any less handsome and talented.

Definitely the second one, but somehow he made it work. And he looks just as rugged/shabby/handsome/nonchalant/charismatic in real life.
