Jason Schreier already debunked that rumor, the Xbox One version is still happening,
If it's any consolation to you guys, I'm sure 343 will drop support for that version within a year, just like Rockstar did with the original versions of Grand Theft Auto V. If Infinite is to be the main "platform" for Halo for 10 years, perhaps dropping the Xbox One version will "free up" some significant resources for future updates.

I just want the graphics to be a bit better, Halo never really had the best graphics, but from what I saw of Infinite it looked below par and should be a little snazzier.

Good. Edit: Fuck. If you're reading this, 343, whatever dicks you have to suck at Microsoft to get them to approve dropping Infinite from Xbox One, do it. The Xbone will hold back the game significantly.

They might as well just drop it from Xbox One. Hardcore Xbox fanboys are going to upgrade anyways. I don't think there are enough casuals who own Xbox One who will give a shit or won't have a PC they can play on.
That being said, they probably fear some sort of backlash given how long they've been hyping this game now. It'd kind of be like dropping BotW from Wii U right before release. You'd think nobody would really give a damn, all the Nintendo fanboys who bought Wii U were grabbing up Switches anyways, but you just know there would have been a few retards who would throw an absolute fit over it anyways.
There is also the argument to be made that the game was always being developed cross gen, so dropping it at this point in development wouldn't really net them anything unless they're planning on delaying the game over a year or so.

So to begin, i wasn't sure if this deserved its own thread or to be confined to the halo thread but, while i'm not personally mad, there's been a controversy.
The New Mombasa Police Department nameplate in the MCC flight has been removed. Why? because some douche complained saying it was insensitive to blacks.
"But KV! you cant just say these things, this is probably a ruse or clickbait by these faggots to gain views."
Sadly, with my flight access i did my part on this and checked myself, its gone.
This is around where it originally was, it was a nameplate of just police sirens, that's all, and it was removed all because this guy "Pro Moses" complained, a guy who bought followers on twitter.
My personal thoughts? let politics burn, if it doesn't affect the actual game i don't care, but if this shit plagues infinite, you bet your ass i'm gonna be pissed.

No chance in hell that Microsoft would allow 343 to delay the game to 2022, the Series X needs a killer app ASAP.
I highly doubt they were thrilled about the first delay since it left the Series X at a disadvantage compared to the PS5, so the thought of them being fine with practically ceding 2021 to Sony is out of the question. One way or the other, Halo Infinite will come out no later than the Fall of 2021, even if they have to crack a whip at the developer's backs to make it happen.

Yeah a bunch of YouTubers contacted Brian Jarrard about it and he finally ended up claiming that it wasn't just that faggot Pro Moses (mostly because Moses was going around messaging people that he won like a smug jackass) that made the decision, it was also members of the team. So that really makes you wonder: how did a police nameplate get approved in the first place if apparently so many "team members" had enough of an issue with it to approve it getting removed? Also, Brian said apparently the issue is resolved, it's not coming back, and it was always an in progress thing since it was a flight. So
.This is a good example of how stupid 343's priorities still are, though.

So some kid invites me to help him clear the Halo 3 ODST LASO campaign.
I start the playlist but he abandons the controller the whole time fucking over our progress constantly.
Gets mad when I boot him from my lobby saying "no excuses lol".
The worthless cunt was abandoning his controller and I watched what had happened because it kept setting us back to the start of Tayari Plaza.
We really need a gatekeepers backbone reinstated.
