I remember watching a video about the WvW reward tracks, which is pretty cool. I'll have to find a half decent guild to ruj around with, I landed myself in one with like 500 members but a lot of then seem kinda faggy, like Limsa Lominsa catgirls in FF14-tier.

All MMOs are plagued with weirdos. You really cannot avoid them, the best you can do is try to find guilds that aren't full of them.

I was missing this game today so I logged back on for some casual wvw. I stopped playing because I got most of the legendaries I wanted, but I really missed wvw. I might work on getting the mistforged triumphant chestpiece (the one with the tentacles of light).

I loved Guild Wars 2 for something like 4 or 5 years......buts time for a new game. That engine is basically reaching it limit but I fear Anwt has reached max pozzed.

I meant like Guild Wars 3. I actually loved the PvE (including the options like jumping puzzles, workd events, wtc) with some PVP (loved how every one is even ground) but the game needs a new release and fresh start by now.

ESO. pretty much a spiritual successor to GW1 - gear cap, horizontal progression, item-sets instead of skills, no mandatory sub (although they make it very annoying without it). also challenging pve content in various forms, something anusnet never figured out.
only thing that would need some getting used to is the combat, but if you're used to GW2's floaty jank that shouldn't be an issue.

being an elder scrolls game also less "flashy" and more subdued/realistic in artstyle, hardly any pozz and the ones that in there is actually done competently (can't speak for the last expansion tho, but I know they made an old character gay for no reason).

Damn. Well... thanks for the update, at least. Bit of a shame, as I remember having plenty of good memories involving the game back in the day, though given how plenty of the community tend to blindly parrot all of the political garbage that ANet forces into the game, it's probably for the best that we all put this to bed. And then smother it with a pillow.

Seriously, the base game was pretty good, though not without a few raised eyebrows; then ANet just had to start attacking their own community with the Charr retcons, then the Icebrood = Trump story happened, THEN End of Dragons... well, you get the picture. Apologizes for sperging, but it was a fun game destroyed by a woke company.
