I have always thought Jewsh's story was worth a proper treatment, but it just gets wilder and wilder with each lawsuit. Where do you start or stop the story?
Glad to have Hardin along. It feels like we are making some progress. Progress along a backward and tortuous road, but hopefully not stuck anymore. Until Russ files ANOTHER document mote retarded than the last...

If and when the forum goes down for good, Josh has promised to publish a manifesto alongside the site's archives. I hope he includes the history of the website alongside his manifesto.
i sincerely hope that the book that mr. hardin ineviably publishes about his experiences as null's attorney is written with the same wry humor and ascorbic wit as his filings. who has suggestions for the title of such a tome?
Russ said he wanted Null to "install a code" to prevent anyone from mentioning his name a la don't pozload my negholep, and people said Null should autofilter every instance of Russell Greer to Gimpface Rat Mouth and call the lolsuit settled.
I thunk just changing it to Gussell Rreer would do the job nicely!

The thing about changing his name is that web searches for Russell Greer would no longer lead to the Farms. Poor girls like Erica could no longer arm themselves with knowledge about the threat they were facing when they accidently stumbled into Greer's crosshairs and get Dear Leader's helpful advice to go to the police.
I was talking about where Mr. Hardin filed the motion, not where Russ failed to file his (I don't see it on the docket in Florida). I realize you know this, but for anyone else, sorry for the confusion.
