As for PC, GTA games being retarded on higher frames was all R* North. Once R* Vancouver showed North how proper PC games are made with Max Payne 3, that issue went away with GTA V and RDR 2.

RAGE can handle more than 30fps, this is just console peasantry at work.
not to mention kikeness, you can see the fucking 30fps animation being jarring as it is once you finish stealing an artwork on diamond casino heist, it's fucking laughable then it becomes pathetic because kike zelnick can't be arsed to get some jeet to upscale the animation to work on 60fps+.

on another note, i got a second computer and might as well install GTAVEE on it, instead of downloading the 102GB all over again i can just plug a internet cable between my pc's and copy the files, it literally says 40 minutes tops instead of 4 hours of downloading as per my current internet speed.

Even ignoring how Fortnite has been having its own issues of late - I think it's finally reached the point people are moving on, though it'll always have an audience - Fortnite's run is something thats hard to replicate.

Fortnite is a sensation. It relies on constant updates and new bells and whistles to buy. Like an interactive shopping mall. GTA Online, while popular, is more limited in scope. One, it's M-rated, two, it requires fairly recent hardware, three, it needs to appeal to an existing legacy from its past pedigree.

gta 6 will probably have both a performance mode and quality mode, with performance at 60fps but slightly worse graphics (which lets be honest, they wont be that bad realistically) and quality which is 30fps

I cannot stress enough that the PS5 versions of VI will make the PS3 version of V look like the OG PC version on a 3090 when compared.
If you’re really hellbent on buying this shell of a franchise entry, wait til the PS6/LmaoBox 10th gen systems.
Maybe then Sony can offer native 1800p@45fps with decent visuals and immersion. Maybe.

Huzzah, I got the cheats working again, though only for invite only lobbies. Good enough, can activate free shopping and buy everything you want before deactivating and going back to normal gameplay. I've got 3 mansions and a stealth jet, son.
