I've said this before. If you're apprehensive on modern culture, GTA VI would likely turn you off.

People recklessly driving off road vehicles on streets, black women twerking any and everywhere possible, obnoxious filming 24/7 with smartphones, that's reality, unfortunately. They're so self-absorbed, they probably think of that as just "black culture" without caring that it's disruptive behavior.
That’s honestly a huge reason I have zero interest in GTA 6. People these days suck, I don’t want to play a game that naturally reminds me of that every 5 minutes. I especially don’t need constant reminders of how obnoxious black people are.

I guess you could say the same is true for GTA IV and V, but everyone knows NYC and LA are disgusting shitholes filled with the dregs of society, whereas GTA VI feels like it’s trying to capture modern American society as a whole, at least in my opinion.

>100% of the take and the heist was literally skipped
even got elite challenge, at least the heist didn't bug out because of desync so there's that.

f you're curious of how Strauss Zelnick became the business tycoon he is today as CEO of Take Two Interactive:

I'm rewatching this interview. If GTA VI would be woke to that extent, I doubt that Zelnick himself is hands-on with that particular approach. I think it's Rockstar themselves leaning into whatever creative directives they would decide for GTA VI. He's just the man above the curtain so to speak. I don't even think, beyond microtransactions, he gives any say on what video games are made.

GTA, to my knowledge, has always been about satirizing and critiquing American culture, with the numbered entries in particular taking a swipe at whatever happened to be in the news and culture at that point in time.

I guess GTA VI will be no different.
You have all hambeast white women at the helm and it won't be balanced. It'll be vindicative, petty and obnoxiously current thing.

No disc version after all. Not at launch and not (as previously speculated) months after. Get fucked.

The matter was settled until it wasn't. On Thursday, an email accidentally provided (more) false hope for a GTA VI disc. The email, a response to a ticket filed to Rockstar Support asking for a disc-based version of Grand Theft Auto VI, stated, "You will be able to acquire a physical copy during the following months."

The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the authenticity of the email as coming from Rockstar.

The language is being misinterpreted by a hopeful internet, a source with knowledge of the plans told THR. At this point in time, there are no plans for Grand Theft Auto VI discs to be printed — not at launch, and not months after. The email's use of the phrase "physical copy" there refers to the same "physical version" (the code in a case) announced on Wednesday, and its "the following months" language is a clunky reference to the months following Wednesday's announcement, the source said, and not the months following the Nov. 19, 2026 release. (Players will be able to begin the lengthy process of preloading the giant game on Nov. 12.)

Assuming there would be a physical version of GTA VI on the inevitable PC release, I would think it would launch with 12-15 CDs since GTA V launched with seven.
