That's the thing. They DON'T CARE. Anything to pump out money to avid consumers by any means necessary.

Hell, they've even reached the bottom of the barrel with shamelessly naming GTA Online updates after legacy titles during their rise as a developer. Smuggler's Run, Midnight Club, Bully, The Warriors.

Mark my words, they'll try to milk GTA Online for as long as possible.
I dread to think about how many console generations GTA VI will span before they feel bothered to make GTA VII.

I swear, man, Vice City has some unique ped dialogue. The pizza ped and construction workers from Demolition Derby always make me laugh.

Here's your cheesy crust, sir.
Okay, OKAY, man, I get the message!

It depends on if it's truly going to take place in Vice City or not IMO.

If it's in Vice City, and especially if it's in the 80's, you'll see a new GTA or at least a substantial expansion into a modern year and a different city within 3 to 5 years.

Kids don't want to play in Florida and they don't want to play in the 80's, I'll tell you that much.

Kids nowadays want to spend their parent's credit cards on pretty graphics and low effort cosmetics.

I hope it takes place in the 80s since that era suits Miami/Vice City the best, and because current year is depressing.

I never want to hear anything about Corona, muzzles, and every other bit of bullshit in Grand Theft Auto.

I think they should pull a RDR 2 and expand the map from just south San Andreas to the whole state. Maybe Liberty City with more surrounding area via a plane ride if we're lucky.

EDIT:
I remember an article where they said they wanted to make a GTA like GTA 1 where you could go between SA LC and VC eventually.

Imagine GTA V but the 3 protagonists are in different parts of the country instead of state.

Última edición:
I just realized that it GTA VI were to go “woke”, they’d probably would make the male character like Queen Latifah in The Equalizer:

Or if not that, they’ll just use Denzel Washington’s version of the movie and just strip everything that character represented for a “woke” ideology:

If GTA6 goes woke protagonist-wise, i would not be shocked if they repeated GTA5's multi-protagonist shit for the sake of hedging their bets: one woman of color (either Asian or Hispanic) who is the new Trevor-type, one white guy who will probably be a middle age loser, and one black guy who is the voice of reason and sanity.

I heard they're not doing three protagonists anymore.

That in mind, imagine how cool it would've been to play as Lamar offline.
