It depends on the rape. Statutory "rape" between an 18 year old boy and his 17 year old girlfriend? Definitely not. But rape is a class of crimes, not a specific crime, and some are unbelievably heinous (I don't think I need to go into details).

i don't think that exist. i think most states have a 2 year older leeway period for just this situation.

I didn't, and that certainly raises the odds of her developing cognitive problems in the 70s at an age where most of her peers would be lucid, but her symptom profile in 2018 (alternating between such an extreme level of severity and normalcy, along with pauses between every individual word, which is something I've never seen in a dementia patient) just doesn't fit for dementia in general, regardless of age. Like, if anyone is going to have dementia in their 70s, it's probably going to be someone like Barb who takes dog shit care of herself... but even in that case her symptoms would likely present differently from what she actually exhibited.

I don't blame daddy nool for trying to help at all, but in the end, Chris took advantage of him like he does to everyone in his life.

I always found it oddly endearing that nool, a guy who is considered basically the equivalent of Satan by much of the Internet, cared enough about a tarded troon to try to help him over and over again long after all hope was gone.

That's because it isn't a symptom of dementia but might be of someone faking it.

That doesn't mean she isn't demented now, though. Almost anyone at her age has some level of cognitive decline, and while people who had a few IQ points to spare can compensate for that, Barb has never been that smart.

Age of consent and age of majority are two different things, age of majority is the age at which you legally become an independent adult that can enter contracts etc.

For example in Mississippi age of majority is 21 but age of consent is 16 likewise Nebraska age of majority is 19 but age of consent is 17, beyond that 18 is the standard age of majority for a vast majority of the world.

Meanwhile the standard age difference set by most Romeo and Juliette laws is 4 years, typically with a hard cut-off of 12 or 14 to prevent a horny 14 or 15 year old from getting away with fucking a 10 or 11 year old child.

Though what actual legal age of consent is progressively getting more and more irrelevant due to the fact grown women are becoming so infantilized and act like children that the age of consent might as well be 25 these days.

Her father died from being run over by his horse-drawn wagon after he fell from it. I wonder if moonshine alcohol was involved. But her mother, probably not.

Barb worked as an (executive?) secretary until retirement age 65. She wasn't stupid. I don't think her manipulative ways in later life can be attributed to her parents but growing up in poverty may help explain her issues with money/hoarding.

It depends on the severity of the FAS. Some symptoms are behavioral, not intellectual. For example, mild FAS can cause difficulty in predicting the consequences of choices. A lot of us predicted the eventual incest based on Barb's choices with Chris, but did Barb see it coming?

Chris has more symptoms of FAS, but Barb herself has a few. Go back far enough and basically everyone is a little touched by FAS (apart from the children of Methodists).

Chris himself isn't going before a jury only the case docket and maybe some of the evidence they've compiled. Still hopefully these people won't be too vindictive but keep in mind a jury is comprised of people already missing a days pat of work and getting shit compensation (if any at all) and who really dont want to be there. Question is will they want to vote yes to make an example of chris or no so they can slap him with a quick sentencing and not have to listen to the audio of chris describing sex with barb.

A grand jury sounds a lot more impressive than it is. It's just a bunch of people who get handed a stack of what the prosecutor considers probable cause, and they nearly invariably just rubber stamp every single charge with a true bill. Chris is getting charged with a felony at this point.

They go through literally dozens of cases in the course of a few days, simply to decide probable cause, and unless the prosecutor is a complete moron, he always has that. A true bill is almost invariably returned and the case goes to trial.

this, plus what chris looks like and has always looked like, if you study his pictures, chris's every bit of his behavior as well as his face characteristics, points to FAS/FAE, chris has learning issues, he has absolutely no concept of consequences, he has always been impulsive and compulsive, hes got likely SZ or at least schizo-effective on top of everything else, but yeah he has many many symptoms and traits of FAS, and as posted, it is no secret they both were heavy drinkers.

He didn't. We have no legit reason to believe he is not Chris' attorney any more.
Some people only suspect that because of the details written under Chris' case record, but these entries lack the correct dates.
