don't get me wrong, I love killin' people too, but as far as comic history goes? think at this point Jason has been non-lethal longer than he's been lethal. so it's not unreasonable for them to make him use non-lethal rounds, if they really wanted to go all in he wouldn't have guns at all.

I once had a pitch for a Superman game where it took place in a world where Superman either was killed or never made it to Earth. You play as a Superboy style clone fighting against the forces of Luthor and Braniac to liberate a dystopian Metropolis.
You level up your powers over time and by the end of the game are as powerful as Superman is supposed to be.

They did that actually. That was the idea for the superman returns game. Great concept, but it needed a better execution. They even had him depowered for a little bit in the tutorial fighting mongol.

I'm even more concerned that the recommended PC specs haven't dropped yet. With the minimum being so relatively high cpu wise, I think it's safe to say launch for this game could be cyberpunk all over again.

I think if you hyperfocus on bosses then a superman game could actually work. You’d just need to find a narrative excuse for superman running a long gauntlet of villains.

Depowering Superman is the most creatively bankrupt way of making a game for him.

Besides, this looks like a Great Value "Avengers" clone, and even that's kind of sad.
