Indie means independent: if you are not self-funding and self-publishing your work, you are, by definition, not indie. It’s ridiculous that people insist, with a straight face, that media funded by governments is “indie” because at least they aren’t Disney or EA… yet.

The difference between the old talent and the new is that the old in order to enter the sphere was a grueling almost sisyphean task that filtered the weak, once they finally made It they made sure to entrench themselves in the industry by always working on something until the bitter end, no longer do you have people like hitchcock or kubrik now the new talent burn very quickly because they dont have that diligence and responsability, they are fragile and expect everything to mold to THEM not the other way around.

I'm ok with characters having earthy tones, but these guys blend into the background due to it being an earthy color. The misuse of color is one of the problems I noticed early on in TADC. Most of the characters had a part of their design a bright, shade of red which melded into the background that was accentuated with neon red, yellow and blue. The point is, the troon is charge should know basic color theory and character design 101 to not fuck this up. Is Goosetroon too busy fapping to his characters to properly render them?The concept art in question.

They made it a gag mention in one episode that Jax's tail wasn't properly and consistently rendered the first few, make of that what you will.
