Hi, I'm Joya, one of the writers at Konaltec. I think the last time I was here was at the end of 2024. I just wanted to give a quick update on how the project has progressed since then. To be honest, we were in development hell due to creative differences, but we managed to achieve a result we're happy with. We hope to release a small beta soon.

Beyond that, here are some images of what the sprites and backgrounds look like right now. We plan to get someone to help us create more background images soon. We also have most of the game's music ready.

The way you put it actually makes sense, It's either unintentional plotholes done by the cavemanon on E4 or its just lazy last second writing. I have to agree, despite the Fang's behavior in E3, it was the right call, E3 seems more plausible and mayhaps the most realistic one to say the least.

It's kind of a hallmark of the VN scene to have at least one ending that's the super mega happy ending where everything just works out for everyone. E4 is just hitting that checkbox I think.

I gave this a play a while ago because some sperg kept pushing me to do it and i just want you to know.
E3 is the most realistic one.

I haven't played a lot of VNs besides Snoot and Wani, but if I had, this would be far at the bottom. I understand the guy who wrote it doesn't speak a lot of english, but for fuck sakes it violates the basic principals of writing. There is no characterization shown unless you count Alya's BPD emotional outbursts which got insufferable really fast, all of the moments that should highlight characterization are sped through with generic descriptions of just "it's boring" or "it was really cool" because the writer really wants to get to his snake waifu, the main protagonist feels like an author insert, and the way to get Ending 1 is through choices that boil down to "do something" or "do nothing" and one moment where you have to deliberately go out of your way to betray Alya. The whole point of the bad endings in those VNs was that they were supposed to be caused indirectly, but here, you have to deliberately do it which is just stupid. And there's so many of them too.
