Gnarliest thing you've seen at a concert?

I was there at Olympic Stadium when James Hetfield got severely burned by pyrotechnics at a Metallica x Guns N' Roses concert in Montreal in 1992. Do I remember him running around on fire flailing his arms? No. It was a long time ago now and I wasn't even quite an adult yet but I seem to remember the concert just stopped and Lars Ulrich had to explain the situation to the crowd a couple of minutes later.

Then Axl Rose sang all of 6 songs for the other half of the concert because of a sore throat.
