Gluten-Free General - For us cucks unable to eat the most common ingredient on earth

Since my buddy's celiac girlfriend will likely be joining our get-togethers pretty regularly, I spent some time looking for a not-shit gluten free cracker option so I can put out something with a cheese and charcuterie board that she can eat safely and the rest of the party won't hate.

Breton has a whole line of gluten-free crackers that is legitimately really good. Their black pepper and olive oil ones in particular are an option that I'd happily serve to anyone, not just gluten free people
 
Just eat meat and chocolate like a real man...
 
Oh, I love this I love this! I have celiac and the struggle is real.
It's especially though when I want to eat out with other people. Very rarely the places have gluten-free options and even if they do it's overpriced trash.
And let's not mention the stuffs that might or even should be fine, but end up having traces of gluten through cross-contamination.

Schar has a copycat ritz cracker that is amazing, the only issue being they're sold in bags so you'll have a hard time finding enough that aren't broken. Simple Mills also makes some widely loved gluten free crackers and cookies but I'm a fan of the seed flour ones. They have a sort of cheesy taste so they're a nice snack on their own.

I LOVE their herb and garlic ones. Can easily down the whole box in one go.
 
I can't speak to all of their products, but the best frozen gluten-free pizza crusts I've run into are Against the Grain's. Their crust is a cheese and tapioca starch mix, and they just started with a thin crust that's very good. Their stand-alone frozen pizza crusts are thinner than their prepared frozen pizzas, but they're all pretty good. Their pita bread was a bit disappointing. I'll second Schar as a good shelf stable substitute, their burger buns are pretty decent if a bit small, and they're pretty common.

I'd had access to an imported French brand of crisp bread that were really good cracker replacements, but Jim stopped carrying them a while back and haven't found a good replacement. For pasta, there's a cheap Thai brand that does really good rice noodles that'll serve as a solid replacement. Not sure the brand, but cheapish looking. As a side note, Thai food tends to be safe, since they don't usually use soy sauce, which contains wheat, and their noodles are typically rice noodles.
