So, he swears he didn't generate it, but he's already played that exact card and was shown to be a liar. No reason to believe him now, especially because there's no explanation of who did generate it, just that it was found on Telegram, presumably from one of his buddies he is now protecting.
As we'll see, this is the first of several tweets essentially doubling down by calling English speaking people too sensitive about his AI generated CSAM distribution.

No, it is not. He's only sorry that he did something that could put his reputation at risk. He's lying front-to-back in this whole situation. So, having parsed it all, what I've gathered is that his Russian friends AI generate CSAM of teenagers in the community and they didn't intend for their AI generated CSAM to leave their Telegram group. Once he shared it to Twitter, his Telegram group started panicking and figuring out how to cast blame elsewhere. From there, he pinned the blame on an enemy of his who had nothing to do with it. Once he realized they have an alibi, he pivots to pretending this was all a mistake of Russian Telegram edginess gone awry.
So, that just leaves one question, who did generate it? He wasn't above pinning the blame on someone else beforehand, even making up who did it, to now saying nothing of their identity. Because it was one of his friends and he's trying to protect them now. Was it this guy?
