Whoo hoo AR 40. Those character quests really give a good amount of points. Sadly the materials for Ascension to 70+ seems to not worth the effort and it's probably better to just buy from the store (considering there will probably never be of use to buy a character unless I'm gunning for a constellation).

oh yeah those.

i just tend to accumulate those over time. however i mostly play dailies+event stuff and grind out the world bosses so probs dont have as many of those as i would like.

i mean i'm also building bennett but the lion's roar should suffice for him too.

so the team will probably look like

hu tao-xingqiu-bennett-noelle/diona

haven't gotten around to building diona but shields+healing+ice should be a fun option. Noelle is semi built and all i need to do is keep ascending her and hope for one more constellation to max it out.

Diona gets idk what bow. I have the crafted ones, stringless, rust, and windblume.

Bennet won't be a good fit for Hu Tao. His burst heals to 70% while Hu Tao wants below 50% to dish hurt. Even a c6 bennet investment to boost her damage and get constant pyro AA won't help according to gamefaqs/plebbit. If you must have pyro resonance, either Xiangling or your second best pyro char will do better.

Hu Tao - XQ - Diona - Noelle could work. Ningguang swapping in for Diona should work too since Noelle ain't shabby in damage, which helps fill in Hu Tao's downtimes. I don't have Noelle ready myself so this is theory.

Cat Bartender gets sacrificial bow is best but Stringless is good.

The ironic thing is that the stronger enemies have almost 100% drop rate for the rare ingredients, it's the fucking mob enemies that have around 20% drop for common and 10% drop for rare.

Also I wanted to ask, will there be a head's up when the Liyue flag will be finished (the common one, not the venti one) since last switch I'm pretty sure it reset my pity 5 star.

I do have a Sucrose with sac tome as an option. Also an almost max con xiangling if the team element duo boost for fire matters.

Anemo dudes and dudettes accompanying HT and XQ's troll train also work, not necessary abyss friendly but fun and better skill recharge.

Just started playing. Was kinda meh for the first few seconds, until I realized that I was playing Waifu Climbing Simulator 2020. Ten out of ten. Can't wait to collect all these ladies and have them free-solo up goddamn mountainsides like the late Dan Osman.

The ironic thing is that the stronger enemies have almost 100% drop rate for the rare ingredients, it's the fucking mob enemies that have around 20% drop for common and 10% drop for rare.

Also I wanted to ask, will there be a head's up when the Liyue flag will be finished (the common one, not the venti one) since last switch I'm pretty sure it reset my pity 5 star.

you are aware you can fuse them up at the alchemy table, right?

droprate also goes up with world level I think, and the rarer enemies you can farm via the book.
everything else you should get by doing commissions, 100% the map and just grabbing ore etc. I don't really farm and the only think I had to grind for 1-2 days were agent swords (since there aren't that many to encounter usually).

Still sad the nerfed Rosaria titanic torpedos .

still spending all 150 rolls I saved up for her though.

there's a limit to the amount of times you can kill the easy enemiees listed in the book tho.

i think its 6-7 times and then it'll stop.

Those are a waste as they're both extremely inefficient, and the drop rate increases as you level. The Blackcliff weapons are way better than characters, otherwise just buy summons with Starglitter. Buying some stuff with Stardust doesn't really effect anything because you should get more than enough Stardust to buy the monthly summons if you play actively.

Its tempting to buy from the store but trust me you should just farm churls or whatever. You can find them through the F1 adventure book. Better to save your starglitter for fates and maybe mora/ore. When you're saving primos and not rolling you get stuck with a stardust/starglitter deficit. Enemy drops actually scale really generously with WL too.

Bro... The standard banner is permanent. The characters on the banner image arent rateups they're just random advertisements for standard banner 5 stars. And your pity doesnt reset unless you actually get a 5* for ANY banner.

So I just thought of a new team: Hu Tao, Bennet, Ninnguang and Xingqiu. The idea is that Bennet and Ninnguang (with Archaic Petra) combo to get Hu Tao supercharged with a flame shield, switch to Xingqiu for elemental reaction and then go to town with Hu Tao.

Finally finished the mountain quest. Took few hours to do it, would have probably taken less climbing a literal mountain. That challenge at the bottom of the cavern can go fuck itself, though it can be cheesed by drowning your enemies. Also got to AR41, got to say that the jump in difficulty is far smaller compared to AR35.
Is there any loot that's worth it on the quest part of the Wind festival? The money and experience books aren't appealing enough, I also gave up trying to get the bow until the boss enemy will change (stuck at those mini godzilla for some reason).
