The funniest thing is you don’t need to give your username or password to ANYONE to redeem codes in this game - what’s being shown here is people being dumb as shit trying to trade accounts/get gifted primogems and are giving all of their account information to STRANGERS they trust at their word will deliver real fucking money to them for absolutely no reason. Twitter is rampant with this too, because how the fan-made giveaways work in this game is the winner of said giveaway will give their account information to the person hosting and they’re trusting the person to go in, NOT fuck with their account that they’ve spent countless hours and $$$ on, and give them free shit. It’s really funny seeing these people getting their accounts taken from them because literally what else did you expect? You gave your info to a stranger expecting free shit and got stolen from in return.

My friend that plays the game was like this and I ended up playing the damn thing more than he does lmao. IIRC the devs even talked about breath of the wild being one of thier direct influences at one point which makes the rage-induced by comparisons even more fucking funny. The people making this game seem to put a lot of actual care and love into it and are open about their influences compared to other developers that go "NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS HAPPENED IN VIDEO GAME BEFORE WOAH!" Shits hilarious comparing the games it takes blatant inspiration from and watching people lose their god damn minds.

It's kind of telling the kind of spot we're in society-wise when the entire online discourse about a game isn't actually about the game but race/gender/sex type shit you see infesting every other aspect of society and people falling for ridiculously obvious scams. Shame too because the gacha shit is almost completely secondary with this game which is a fucking achievement in my eyes. Got a similar thing going to what TF2 got in that regard, but tf2 is more game based talks demanding more things to be nerfed from ecelebs.

Gameplay is even boring, you just move to a place to kill monsters for the everlasting grind. Variations only come from enemy attacks and thats it, no interesting AI, special interactions (like when you use Velstadt's helmet in the Fume Knight fight in DS2 to make it harder) or of the sort. Grind makes it worse, you go fine on the first levels but it gets progressively harder to make it to the top. Mind you, I've played grindy games like WoT and Darkest Dungeon to know the tolerance I have for a decent grind, this one just shits it self past 30.

The looks are not that good even, you'd better be off playing the Tales Of games instead since this one feels like a ripoff (perfectly described by Accented Cinema at the middle of the video at 8:30) of other anime games, then again, games like Scarlet Nexus are so boring so both Chink and Jap games have boring aesthetics (exceptions go for Yakuza and hopefully Black Myth: Wukong).

The worst aspect are the fans always, they will never stop bitching about the game, be it how super duper fun it is (being guillable idiots they are) while others will keep ranting about how they spent X amount of money to get fuck all. Twitter deserves the mention since that is where all the gacha retards reside. Its essentially Fortnite but for weebs.

Know for a fact that they have, they’ve sperged hard over the “female sexualization” in the game, complaining about fanservice tits and ass and basically everything to do with the female character design. I’ll hunt for some screenshots about it, there was a pretty big uptick in it when Rosaria got released in April, because some people were complaining about how her tits got nerfed, and on the other had you had the people complaining endlessly about her design in general.
