Jordan Omogbehin made his WWE NXT debut at a live event in Lakeland, Florida. Omogbehin, who is 7’3″ tall, played collegiate basketball for the South Florida Bulls and is originally from Lagos, Nigeria. Omogbehin was part of the Performance Center class with Damian Priest, Matt Riddle, Mia Yim and Chelsea Green.

Will he be like Diesel or like Giant Gonzalez? Or Great Khali?

So last night in Arena Mexico was Liger's last match there as part of his retirement tour, some other good stuff on the card including the latest chapter of LA Park vs Rush when Park and Sons takes on Rush and family (father and I think brother).
I've got it queued up to the Park match but the undercard is nice too.

He'll be in WWE, so it won't matter.

There's a right way and a wrong way to book giants. The correct way would be put focus on their strength and size. They don't need an impressive repertoire of moves because they can get by on their power alone. They should be used sparingly so that the audience doesn't become desensitized. If the giant is a heel, then they should be seen as a hurdle for the babyface to overcome. If they are a face, we as the audience should be eager to see him get his hands on the heel and destroy them.

Then there's the wrong way. The Vince McMahon way. Have your giant come onto television, have them do big spots on normal shows (thus killing any incentive people have for paying to see them on payperview and lose half of their matches for no good reason. If they have a manager, take him away (even though having a manager is an inherent good for giants, because having someone so much shorter standing next them does well to emphasize how large they are).

Vince is going to take one passing glance at this dude and is going to bring him directly on the main roster in a main event feud.

Info on Sid no-showing:

– Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following regarding why Psycho Sid did not appear on RAW Reunion as advertised:
“Sid Vicious had actually pulled out several days ago, but you know how this goes. They just kept advertising him anyway.”

I thought this was the reason:

Summary of the problems with WWE in 2019 in one picture. All the "top guys" are just a bunch of geeks excluded from the "cool guys" club.

Mike Sanders did say Kevin Nash is a big jacked up geek.

Has anyone been keeping up with Seth Rollins' twitter autism?

I haven't been keeping a close eye on it, but he has been getting some shit from fans lately. A /wooo/ user put it pretty well.

YYYYYIIIIIIIIIIIIKES!
Is Vince holding a gun to his head and having him shill WWE THIS hard? From the angry passive-aggressive tweets, to defending WWE on a call, to cutting terrible promos, to this cocksucking video. What the fuck is his problem?

You really couldn't put together a more perfect picture. Kudos to whoever screencapped that.

Seth's always been a bit of a dick but I think this latest bout of autism is part him trying to play the role of top guy and part being pissy that no one sees him as one of the best guys in the world.

Only in WWE can you get shat on for backing the company by “fans”. I know it’s a crazy thought that some wrestlers like working there. Mark my words, the same people who shit talk him are gonna be the biggest dickriders when he turns heel.

Yeah nah, "wrestler is a fucking mongoloid sped about things on twitter" lost all benefit of the doubt that it's some 5d heelwork a few years ago.
They're thin-skinned as all fuck and it's really pretty pathetic.
It's amazing.
To many people, it's clear how wrestlers should use social networks, but man, they just don't get it. Here's a screencap from /asp/, which is a decent guide for how wrestlers should use sites like that.
/asp/. A board that is 90% shitposting, and even they figured it out.

it's disappointing that there's the limitless canvas of the onlines to further a feud and develop your gimmick, whether just cutting promos either in text or linked videos, to crazy crap like drawing caricatures of your opponents or dank memes or whatever, and all we get is them being obnoxious fucks.

This guide should be handed out by every promotion’s talent relations department.

Nevaeh, a good indy wrestler, would have benefited from that. Here she is, virtue-signalling, and demanding that some teenager be flamed online and banned from ever being a pro wrestler because the teen said she only believes in 2 genders. For Nevaeh, that was “transphobic”/anti LGBT:

But the same Nevaeh shows undying love for Jessika Havok (mentioned in the guide for using anti LGBT language). Havok is one of her closest friends and gets a pass.

It does go right back to the first girl injecting politics on social media.

Twitter and Facebook as a wrestler are for three things: Promoting the show, getting the fucking match over with the crowd, and posting highlights so you keep the feud going until the blow off. If it doesn't fall into one of those three things, SHUT THE FUCK UP.

No one needs to know your 5D Infowars tinfoil theory on how the Jews are secret werewolves who made trannies their own race. We do, however, want to know what day and time you are wrestling in a cage match for the title.

As for the original girl's 'transphobic' tweet, her Instagram is full of mark ass shit, and features hardly anything involving wrestling apart from "I met Goldust today lawl". So...she's just a Tennessee mark who works outlaw shows, and should be treated as such.

Some promotion out of Seattle booked LA Park, LA Park did one of his usual indie spots of hitting the ref with his belt and it's basically a war crime.

has a video of the killing

I guess I can kinda see the point that he should've been asked first, but if that type of "bullying" is too much for you as a pro wrestling ref, it's probably best to just never ref again.

And probably stay out of the business as a whole. Pro wrestling wrecks people who are overly sensitive just by the nature of it. On one hand, fans aren't chanting "FAGGOT" or "SHE'S A CRACK WHORE" anymore but you'll still get people jeering even mediocre performances or the subset of indie fans who are there to see you fuck something up. Even refs aren't immune to getting shit from the fans (ex. Todd Sinclair of ROH).

When I heard there was an incident involving LA Park at a show, I was expecting much worse than that given his rep but this is pretty tame. Should he have said something to the guy before the spot? Yeah, maybe, but it's LA fuckin' Park. The guy's a legend and made more money in this business than everyone else on the show combined. Just suck it up and take it.
