General Wrestling Discussion

This is the most inaccurate statement I've ever read in my life outside of Alex Jones

https://youtube.com/watch?v=wcSF6b5r7IE

As I stated, he was good in the 90's and could do a standing Frankensteiner well, but later on when he tried to do top rope ones they looked terrible. It made no sense why when he had a larger body that they would degrade overtime when he shrunk in girth but kept on the muscle.

It wasn't even that some wrestlers didn't know how to take it (Rocco Rock couldn't take anything back in the day so I would never count him as being able to take any of Steiner's moves well, a lot replays of Steiner show him taking multiple moves from him and he would always land on his elbow and side), he just couldn't perform well. I don't know if that's the type of steroids he used that made him stiffer as you'll see steroid users keep their flexibility in wrestling.

You can't say he never had it and then say that at one point, he had it. That makes no sense at all. He was one of the rare heavyweights that could perform shit like that. He was miscast as a baby face during his wwe run and most of his WCW run (and was arguably their biggest heel by the end once they turned him). By the time he got pushed, WCW was DOA, injuries took its TOLL, and he was miscast as a face in wwe, but he was one of the best performers of the 90s and is still able to wrestle competently at the age where most of his peers are six feet under.

I meant that as in being an all around package, good wrestler, good promo, sell ability (both for in ring fights and merchandise). A lot people today just think Frankensteiner when they think of Steiner and only his top rope ones which didn't look as good as his mat based ones and was always shown to be a botched move.

Even the saudis don't like Roman. They don't like Roman so much that Paul "((()))" Heyman gets cheered in Saudi Arabia.

Lol, pls Vince make Lesnar win to see another night with his fans crying about Vince and saying Reign deserve better.

Pd: Jokes aside, I sorta feel bad , he's fucked in all place he fight except in India.

Spot of the night, no question about it.

Really there were some impressive botches this show. Cena with the flying crotch nothing getting reversed by Triple H into the telekinetic powerbomb, Juff knocking the guy over with the missed move, Undertaker killing the singing guy, Roman landing neck first on the floor before getting both feet, what else?
doubleposting is its own botch

Lol can't wait to see how Meltzer spins the fact he was wrong again
Brock's 45 days away from breaking CM Punk's 434 day reign as WWE champion (the longest WWE title reign since the Hulkamania era) so odds are it's HHH going "fuck Punk". If it's anything like New Day's tag title reign to fuck over Demolition for the record, Brock will drop it at the nearest PPV after he surpasses that length (that would be Money In The Bank, which is also in Chicago so it would be an extra "fuck you" factor)

Meltzer pulls a lot of shit out of his ass as educated guesses (usually they're really obvious), and then blames it on "plans change" when he was wrong. Wrestlers and backstage guys have said in shoots that what he claims were plans were often never even discussed.
