General Wrestling Discussion

So with MJF and Adam Cole doing double duty at All In, have they considered a possibility where one or both of them get injured? Especially seeing as how Cole got super fucked the last time he got hurt. I don't know much about Aussie Open, but it seems risky to possibly fuck up your main event for an unnecessary tag match.

My guess is that something is going to happen during the tag match and it will influence the main event bc that's why they have set it up in the first place. And this something might end either the match earlier than normally (a rare DQ; maybe Strong/the Kingdom will interfere) or Cole/MJF will take a "dramatic" hit (e.g. chair shot that the ref doesn't see) which Aussie Open will use for a then quick pinfall. Either way the match won't go that far that any team will use the more devastating moves and they only have really safe moves during the match.

I agree, but it just seems like an unneeded risk. We already know someone is going to turn on someone in the main event, so why need to draw it out even longer?

I don't know. Maybe it's because it's a once in a lifetime event and they want to do something really, really special with the main event.

Maybe it's because AEW likes to overbook and make things more complicated than needed at times.

Somehow it fits the whole storyline bc it's a really weird one. The superduper heel of the company who calls himself "the Devil" turning face and becoming best buddies with exact the same guy who was his last opponent for the world championship, right after they had their confrontation for the belt and suddenly doing all this best buddies stuff and most important the heel champ offers the guy a rematch for the title? Without any pressure? Totally weird. Not saying that it's bad which I don't think bc I actually like this storyline but it's definitely weird.

Or the reason is just Tony Khan likes to do coke.

FTR member and AEW star Cash Wheeler arrested on charges of armed assault

TK is going to have to beg Punk to take Hairs place for the match against the Bucks at All In.

That or he offers Edge a shit ton of money because his current WWE contract is running out today.

Isn't Edge supposed to have a match tonight on Smackdown against Sheamus? You think WWE won't offer him a new contract?

Wow there's like jack shit for coverage about this in local media
WESH is the only one I see so far
Edit. Sentinel too

so the NY Post says he pled not guilty two weeks ago, but he was just out and about and on tv and shit? How does that even work

Glancing around at local news it looks like there was a couple of road rage ish incidents that could fit timewise, but one the guy is arrested and not an FTR, other might fit but isn't Orange County, it's Volusia
Can this FTR fly light aircraft?
