General Wrestling Discussion

Tommy Dreamer is so retarded he would have gotten the order of shooting incorrect.
He would have shot jr instead lol,
In an ideal world, Jim Johnston would be at WWE until he retires but alas he got thrown out to backstage politics apparently.
was it Steph and trips? They do it to anyone whose had success in the 80s and attitude era. Never the new generation era. They did it with Russo. Steph is a bigger detriment then trips is bc of the womemes wrestling shit

Not sure but he says in an interview that someone had it in for him, he didn't hear from anyone at corporate after being fired and that he was betrayed by someone who he thought was a close friend. Johnston also noted that CFO$ was brought in after he was let go but they themselves weren't the ones who orchestrated his exit.

Or he doesn't. He just breaks down and cry. Heyman would probably give him a pity shoutout and people watching Mania X7 at home would wonder why is he so long in the face. Then they would forget about him fairly quick because of the TLC match.

He gets startled by Pat Patterson coming up from behind to ask what he's doing and ends up shooting him. Later on, when it comes out that Patterson was a degenerate sex pest rapist, he'd be like "uh... yeah, I always knew! I totally killed him on purpose, you guys!"

Without Patterson, does Buff Bagwell still get buried?

I wonder if Dreamer did shoot someone, would it make for a Dark Side Of The Ring episode? Maybe 2 parts if they delve deeper to ECW on TNN? I also get a feeling if he did shoot Heyman, New Jack would keep a copy of the shooting and watch over and over again. While high on cocaine.
Idk I mean from every interview I ever hear it's jrs call to the point judy called JR personally
Buff also disrespected and rubbed Pat the wrong way.
God this brings back memories
Back when Wrestlecrap and Freakin Awesome Network were fun

Calling it now that Iyo is winning the belt at Summerslam. She's one of HGH's girls, its a major show, and I just would be surprised by Liv retaining.

Also I don't see either world title changing hands since both Punk and Roman are slotted for lengthy reigns.
Member when iyo and Rhea had a lesbian storyline that went absolutely nowhere 😂. Whats iyo gonna do when she wins it turn against rhea? Bc what's the point?

"Well you see, ChatGPT told me that nobody would notice since it wasn't a huge storyline. ChatGPT is what I use to decide the booking nowadays it's so much easier." - Noseman, probably.

Some thoughts/complaints: AAA and WWE's booking needs to make a better effort to reflect what's going on during each respective show

AAA's taping schedule is working against the storylines on the main shows and we're getting some big gaps in logic to the point where things just aren't making sense.

Last night's show, Perros Del Mal won a tag match against Dom and Americano when Dom left Americano in the ring alone. It felt like Dom was going to join PDM, but instead aligns with "El Ojo" with Omos for some reason.

Where is Judgement Day? I know it's just Dom and JD essentially, but what is the logic of the Judgement Day leaving Dom to not only fend for himself but to align with another faction? I feel it would've made more sense for Dom to join Perros Del Mal.

I know the old saying is "let's see where it goes" but most of the time, it goes nowhere. In my view, Triplemania is where the WWE writing group needs to let all the organizations catch up that way the WWE can thread storylines across all shows better.

IYO should win it due to Raquel and/or Roxanne finally turning on Liv. The Judgment Day breakup story has been building forever, and if you're going to do that angle SummerSlam is the time. It's retarded that Liv hasn't defended the title a single time since winning it at Mania. Over 100 days without a defense for a healthy champion. The only opponent they had planned for Liv was a rematch with Stephanie Vaquer, then she got hurt. Could have given Liv a couple of filler defenses against Bayley and Lyra, at least something would have been better than nothing.

Expecting tight storylines in AAA is hilariously wrong-headed.

AAA is the promotion that had a commentator in the midst of a night of complete incomprehensibility fart audibly and start calling the spot of his involvement in a match on a hot mic.

Basic competence is a little beyond the grasp of AAA on a good day.
