GWACS/KE Arms polymer lower lawsuit update.

tl;dr; GWACS did not disclose that they've sent the "trade secrets" they're arguing about to random people over emails when asked in the past, there's now a pile of evidence of them doing exactly that and this evidence is admissible in court, which is not great when you've been persistently saying these things were secret and people shouldn't know about them.

That's good to hear, people can think what they want about Sinistral, I don't really mind him, but this lawsuit seemed 100% bullshit pretty early on.

Next year, Ian is only going to release four regular videos (on YouTube) and one behind-the-scenes video (exclusive to paid platforms) per week. Also, new Q&A videos will be behind a paywall:
Official reason is to have more time to write books and work on his archiving project.

I don't have the stamina to listen to this podcast but I'm sure it's filled with insanity going off their intro video.

I hope they know this wont save them if these peeps get there way, they will all be lined against the wall with the rest of us lol. But I guess them brownie points are hard to turn up in the end.

I've heard people argue the P90 should replace the M4A1
The M4 was designed to fill the exact same role as the P90; capable firearm for rear echelon/noncombat arms troops.

Just the M4 showed itself to be such a vastly superior firearm than M16A2s/A4s that it replaced those mostly.

These guys have been getting shilled pretty hard on Reddit. They sell a bunch of generic surplus stuff and medical supplies along with insufferable leftist stickers.
Hum, didn't realize PSR was one of these faggots
Looks like he was on one of their podcasts recently. Not that surprising, all the 3d gun printing ecelebs give me sex-predator vibes.

Their twitter is a goldmine: https://twitter.com/Abetterway2a

3D printing rules and all, but JStark was the only 3d printing celeb, change my mind.
And maybe that guy that designed those AK receivers I guess

Edit: Eh I guess Cody Wilson too.

People who sing the praises of 3D printed guns are basically the Linux users of the Gun world, mostly trannys and socially awkward nerds who don't under saying "Pedophiles have rights" is not good optics.

That's the uncanny valley of horseshoe mustaches.

I have yet to see many argue that 3D printed guns are superior to factory guns. It's the next evolution of pipeguns, so no kidding they aren't very good, it's about the development and production of arms which cannot be stopped, in addition to the tinkering of it.
That isn't to say there aren't things to criticize about the community overall, there's lots of detestable creeps and weirdos, but find me a hobby where there's none of those, and I'm strongly convinced that none of this undoes the intrinsic value of the people as a whole having the means to more easily craft produce their own guns if absolutely necessary.

I've been following the AR15 thread and someone brought up the "Community Defense Rifle". Maybe I'm late on this but, I know we had discussed the "Civil Defense Rifle" a while back but when did the "Community Defense" come about? Was there a marketing shift to get more lefties?

"Community Defense" has a very specific meaning to leftists. Strangely the "Civil Defense Rifle" isn't even on KE's website anymore.

I'm almost sure it was Russel's idea or at least push to get them to sell a poorfag version. Civil Defense used to be a big thing during the world wars and cold war and that's what it's a reference to. The funniest thing about the civil defense rifle is that it changes the components of what qualifies as a WWSD so much that if you break down all the different iterations of "WWSD" you have nothing in common about any of them except: flash hider, polymer lower, KE Arms cassette trigger, and a pencil barrel of unspecific length.

I'm not even sure what a "WWSD" rifle is anymore. I just assumed it was just "polymer lower + pencil barrel" (since those were what Ian and Karl talked about the most at the time) plus whatever bullshit you could tack on to it in order to save fractions of an ounce on your brand new range toy that's never going to be carried (or even slung) for longer than 15 minutes at a time.

Too bad Russel the Faggot won't ever respond to this.

JStark at least was willing to risk, and eventually give it all for the 3D printing cause, to a autistic degree that even the most jaded should give a modicum of respect. That and the FGC-9 has been used in warfare, in Myanmar, fighting the commie takeover. I respect that, always will.

I thought the CDR concept was a nice marketing attempt.

Sadly, Karl splashed the troonshine everywhere and now it's "community defense".....I'm sure he'll say how historically racist "civil defense" was in between Deviant and Tactical GF getting him airtight.
