He's fucking with people. It sounds like there was a thread on 8chan where people were seriously and jokingly trying to guess who he was. The tweets were most likely his alcohol-induced responses. I hope some SJWs take that as fact and cheer prematurely.
 
All we know is that Zoe claimed to do so. At least, she first claimed she stabbed the guy, to show off to her porntographer.

i think it was one of her old friends talking about how much an utter psycho she was and how she claimed to have killed someone in self defence to save herself from being raped, which was just one part of a long string of psycho actions during her time before deciding to go into gaming
