This is pretty consistent policy about advertising other *chans. When /r9k/ and /pol/ were deleted, the Robot/Nazi coalition were banned on sight if they posted an image advertising alternate places the community could go to (the names of the alternate places were blocked in text as well, so image posting is all there was).

There are too many red-flags such as the blackmailing, the secret M00t-Tumblr deal, shutting down 4chan, and M00t cartoonishly plotting behind the scenes like a villain from Captain Planet.
